Lay Down the Law.

Okay, this is something that I need to address.

We all know that recoloring is bad, and there's a lot of people who do this i the AATC fan community. The thing is, fans make OCs, but want them to look like one of the Chipmunks or Chipettes, so they recolor previously made artwork. Now, those who read my chipmunk comics know that I have an OC, but I always make ORIGINAL drawings for her. Here's the most recent example:


Now, the reason why I'm saying all this is because someone recolored one of my pieces, one that I stayed up till 2 in the AM to make. I don't appreciate waking up at 8:30 in the morning to find out that this has happened.

So let me say this NOW. NOBODY is allowed to recolor my art under ANY circumstances. If you bother to ask, I'll be polite and say no, but if you take my stuff without asking, I will report you, and sh!t will get real. For folks thinking that this is drama over nothing (which is the same thing people say to victims of bullying), the reason why you're saying this is most likely because you have never been a victim.
